Projects are delivered through experienced engineering, commercial and site teams with a strong focus on quality, programme and commercial performance.
The Role: Quantity Surveyor
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be based in Co Westmeath and work closely with the commercial, project management and engineering teams across a portfolio of specialist engineering projects.
You will take responsibility for cost control, valuations, variations, procurement, subcontractor accounts and commercial reporting, helping to protect the commercial position of projects from contract award through to final account.
The role offers strong exposure to major data centre and technically demanding engineering projects across Ireland and mainland Europe.
Must Have Requirements
You will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in construction, mechanical services, M&E or specialist engineering.
You should have practical experience across valuations, variations, subcontractor management, procurement and cost reporting, with the confidence to take commercial ownership of your projects.
Experience on data centre, pharmaceutical or industrial projects would be particularly useful. You will be commercially aware, organised and comfortable dealing directly with Project Managers, engineers, suppliers and subcontractors.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have previous Quantity Surveying experience within construction, mechanical, M&E or specialist engineering
- Proven experience required across valuations, variations, procurement and subcontractor accounts
- Strong understanding of project cost control, forecasting and commercial reporting
- Relevant Quantity Surveying or construction-related qualification required
- Mechanical, M&E or specialist engineering experience preferred
- Data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial or commercial project experience beneficial
- Specialist subcontractor or engineering contractor experience would be an advantage
- Experience commercially managing multiple projects or packages beneficial
- Manage project costs from contract award through to final account
- Prepare valuations, applications for payment and supporting commercial documentation
- Identify, price and manage variations and additional works
- Manage subcontractor procurement, appointments, payments and final accounts
- Monitor project budgets, commitments and cost-to-complete forecasts
- Produce accurate monthly commercial and cost reports
- Work closely with Project Managers and engineers to identify commercial risks and opportunities
- Maintain contractual records and support the negotiation and agreement of final accounts
