The Company
An established international M&E contractor delivering major data centre, pharmaceutical, life sciences and industrial projects across Ireland and Europe.
With a strong project pipeline, they are looking for a Regional Planning Manager to lead planning performance across multiple major projects from their Dublin operation.
The Role: Regional Planning Manager
This is a senior position overseeing programme performance, project risk and planning standards across a portfolio of M&E projects.
You'll work directly with Project Managers, Operations Managers, commercial teams and senior leadership, identifying programme risks early and driving practical recovery strategies where required.
Must Have Requirements
You're an experienced Planning Manager who understands how major projects perform on site and can challenge project teams when programmes begin to slip.
You'll be commercially aware, confident dealing with senior management and capable of improving planning standards across multiple projects.

Must Have Requirements
- Proven Planning Manager, Lead Planner or senior planning experience on major construction or M&E projects.
- Strong programme management, forecasting and project controls experience.
- Experience overseeing multiple projects and identifying programme risk.
- Strong Primavera P6 experience.
- Lead and develop the regional planning function.
- Review programme performance and risk across multiple projects.
- Carry out project risk reviews with operational teams.
- Develop recovery plans and corrective actions where required.
- Work with Operations and Commercial teams to forecast project outcomes.
- Provide senior planning support to high-risk projects.
- Report programme performance, risk and opportunities to senior management.
