A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced RGII Boiler Maintenance Technician to join a dynamic maintenance team specialising in mechanical services.

This role involves working across diverse sites, including commercial and healthcare facilities, focusing on the upkeep and troubleshooting of gas boilers, HVAC systems, and plumbing services.

As a RGII Boiler Maintenance Technician:  
  • Relevant trade qualification and/or third-level certification is essential.
  • RGII license and Safepass certification are mandatory.
  • OFTEC certification is advantageous but not required.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with strong boiler fault-finding expertise.
  • Proven track record in plumbing and heating systems maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and controls.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Capacity to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Full driving license is required.

RGII Boiler Maintenance Technician Skills:  
  • Perform preventive maintenance on gas boilers, HVAC units, and associated mechanical systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and quality control standards on-site.
  • Adhere to Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality (EHSQ) policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, promoting professionalism and quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the service desk to address technical and non-technical queries promptly, ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • Implement and maintain best practices, encouraging continuous improvement within the team.
  • Provide after-hours site cover on a rotational basis.
  • Manage tasks efficiently within set timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.

The Package:

Salary will be DOE, but you can expect a salary of at least to €55,000 plus package.
