Overview:
A leading Irish Civil Engineering Contractor with over 40 years of experience delivering complex civil engineering projects is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join their team on a major civil infrastructure project in County Clare.
The contractor has built a strong reputation for delivering high profile airport, road, utilities and transport infrastructure projects throughout Ireland, backed by significant in house resources, a modern plant fleet and industry leading safety and quality standards.
This is a technically challenging project offering exposure to specialist techniques construction and is expected to run well into 2027, with strong prospects of moving onto further long term projects in the Midwest region afterwards.
This position would suit an experienced Senior Civil Engineer looking to take ownership of a flagship infrastructure project while joining a contractor with a proven track record of delivering some of Ireland's most complex civil engineering schemes.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day delivery of civil engineering works, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and coordinate site engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams throughout all phases of the project.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental and quality management systems while maintaining accurate site records and documentation.
- Liaise with the client, design team and key stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years experience as a Civil Engineer in Ireland.
- Strong background managing large scale infrastructure, roads or concrete projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage.
