Overview:
Join a Tier 1 Civil Engineering Contractor delivering a major infrastructure project in Co. Louth, a high value, multi year project that will have a lasting impact on the region’s development.
This is a key position on site, where you’ll take ownership of critical elements of the project across earthworks and road construction packages, working alongside an experienced project team on a technically complex project.
You’ll play a hands on role in driving programme delivery, solving real engineering challenges, and ensuring works are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Join a Tier 1 Civil Engineering Contractor delivering a major infrastructure project in Co. Louth, a high value, multi year project that will have a lasting impact on the region’s development.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day to day site engineering activities on key sections of the project, including supporting and mentoring junior engineers on site
- Take ownership of earthworks and road construction packages, ensuring delivery to the programme
- Ensure all works are carried out in line with specifications, quality standards and H&S requirements
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, subcontractors and design teams, as well as contributing to programme tracking, problem-solving and site decision making
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- 7 years of experience on civil/infrastructure projects in Ireland
- Strong track record working on large scale civils or infrastructure projects
- Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills
The Package:
Salary will be from €75,000 – €85,000 (depending on experience), as well as:
- Fully expensed company vehicle
- Fuel card
- Matched pension (increasing with service)
- Long term work with a leading Tier 1 Contractor and strong project pipeline
