An Irish M&E contractor delivering electrical installation and fit out projects across Dublin and the surrounding counties.
The company works across commercial offices, schools, hotels and public sector developments, with projects typically ranging from €250,000 to €2.5 million. With a strong pipeline of work and further opportunities in the data centre sector, they are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to oversee projects across Dublin.
The Role: Senior Electrical Project Manager
This is a permanent position based in Tallaght, Co Dublin, involving regular site visits and responsibility for multiple electrical construction projects.
You will take ownership of electrical installation and fit out projects from initial planning through to testing, commissioning and final handover.
Working closely with clients, main contractors, consultants and site teams, you will manage project programmes, budgets, procurement, subcontractors and labour resources to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
The position would suit an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a strong electrical contracting background who is confident managing projects independently.
Must Have Requirements
You are an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager or Electrical Project Manager with a strong understanding of electrical installations, site management and commercial project delivery.
You will be organised, commercially aware and confident managing multiple projects while maintaining good working relationships with clients, subcontractors and site teams.
You will have a practical approach to problem-solving and the ability to take ownership of projects from commencement through to completion.

- Strong electrical contracting background, with an electrical trade qualification or relevant Electrical Engineering qualification.
- Hands-on experience managing site teams, subcontractors, procurement, project budgets and programmes.
- Strong knowledge of electrical installation standards, construction health and safety requirements and commercial project delivery.
- Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills, with valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification.
- Previous experience delivering commercial, public sector, hospitality or industrial electrical projects in Ireland.
- Experience managing multiple electrical projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of electrical testing, commissioning and project handover.
- Full driving licence and experience dealing directly with clients and main contractors.
- Manage electrical installation and fit out projects from planning through to handover.
- Coordinate electrical supervisors, site teams, subcontractors and labour resources.
- Oversee project programmes, budgets, procurement and material requirements.
- Monitor project costs, labour productivity and commercial performance.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors and internal management.
- Carry out site inspections, progress meetings and project reviews.
- Ensure electrical works meet quality, safety and programme requirements.
- Resolve technical and operational issues affecting project delivery.
- Oversee electrical testing, commissioning, snagging and final handover.
You are an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager or Electrical Project Manager with a strong understanding of electrical installations, site management and commercial project delivery.
You will be organised, commercially aware and confident managing multiple projects while maintaining good working relationships with clients, subcontractors and site teams.
