The Package:
Salary will be DOE, but a strong Senior Engineer can expect a salary between €70,000 - €80,000 as well as an excellent package including a 10% Bonus, Healthcare, 5% pension and income protection.

Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role with an Irish Main Contractor/Developer.
- Proven track record in mentoring and managing Junior Engineers.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the engineering team on site, providing guidance and mentorship to Junior Engineers.
- Oversee and manage setting out, groundworks and all aspects of construction.
- Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to drive project progress.
- Monitor project milestones, ensuring compliance with H&S and Quality standards.
