Are you a Senior Engineer in the Wicklow area? Do you have experience working on residential projects?
An award-winning developer is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer for an exciting large-scale residential development in Co. Wicklow. This project includes over 200 houses and two apartment blocks with more than 100 units.
The successful candidate will play a key role in taking the project right through to completion, providing excellent opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role with an Irish Main Contractor/Developer.
- Proven track record in mentoring and managing Junior Engineers.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the engineering team on-site, providing guidance and mentorship to Junior Engineers.
- Oversee and manage setting out, groundworks, and all aspects of construction.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to drive project progress.
- Monitor and report on project milestones, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
