Key Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for all engineering activities on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate setting out, surveying and quality control throughout all stages of the residential development.
- Work closely with the Site Manager and Contracts Manager to plan, sequence and monitor construction activities.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best engineering and quality practices across the site team.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience as a Site Engineer with an Irish Main Contractor/Developer.
- Strong residential experience is highly desirable.
- Strong setting out, surveying and quality control experience.
