A leading Tier 1 Civil Engineering Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to join their team on long term energy infrastructure works across Dublin.

As Senior Engineer, you will play a key leadership role on site, overseeing engineering activities, supporting the Project Manager and mentoring junior engineers while ensuring works are delivered to programme and specification.

Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in a Site Engineer role in Ireland.
- Strong background in setting out, surveying and technical oversight of site activities.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor junior engineers and coordinate with subcontractors.
- Solid knowledge of Health & Safety and quality standards within Irish construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the site engineering activities, ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with design specifications and industry standards.
- Mentor and guide Site Engineers and graduate staff to maintain high performance levels on site.
- Review drawings and technical submittals, identifying discrepancies and liaising with the design team where required.
- Ensure quality assurance procedures are implemented and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
