Are you a Senior Engineer looking to work on one of Cork’s most high profile construction projects?
This is a rare opportunity to join a flagship €90m redevelopment in Cork City, involving the refurbishment and extension of an existing protected structure alongside a substantial new build element.
The project combines complex conservation works, modern construction and extensive services upgrades.
You will be joining a Tier 1 Main Contractor with a fantastic reputation in Cork and a very strong pipeline of major projects across the Cork area.
The company is well known for developing Senior Engineers into Project Managers and Contracts Managers, making this an ideal role for someone with long term career ambitions.

Salary is dependent on experience, but you can expect between the range of €75,000 – €80,000 plus a company vehicle, fuel card, and matched pension.

Responsibilities
- Taking lead responsibility for setting out, surveying, and quality control on site
- Managing and coordinating subcontractors and direct site teams on a daily basis
- Working closely with the Project Manager, design team, and site management
- Supporting and mentoring Site Engineers and Junior Engineers
Requirements
- A third-level qualification in Engineering or a related discipline
- 5 years’ experience in an Engineering role in Ireland
- Strong setting-out and technical capability
- Experience on large-scale commercial or complex refurbishment projects
