This company is currently seeking a Senior Engineer to join their team on one of their €multi-million residential developments in Dublin. The project itself includes 300+ units of houses, apartments and duplexes as well as a creche, cycle and pedestrian routes.

The Package:
An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of approx. €75,000 - €80,000 + vehicle/car allowance, 10% bonus, 5% matched pension, healthcare, gym membership and additional holidays, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with subcontractors, providing direction, resolving technical issues, and ensuring work is progressing as per schedule.
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with design specifications, building codes, and quality standards.
- Lead the daily engineering operations on-site, including setting out, surveying, and managing the technical aspects of the construction.
Requirements:
- Level 8 Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working on large-scale residential construction projects, with an Irish developer or main contractor.
- Experience managing multiple teams on-site, including subcontractors and junior engineers.
- Experience in project planning, delivery, and problem-solving, ideally in a fast-paced, high-density residential environment.
