Overview:
Help lead the delivery of a high profile residential scheme that will transform a prominent site in Cork into a modern mixed use development featuring over 100 apartments, retail space, premium resident amenities and extensive public realm improvements.
This is a position suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership on site, driving quality, coordinating engineering activities and working closely with project management to ensure programme targets are consistently achieved.
From reinforced concrete structures through to the final stages of construction, you'll play a central role in delivering a complex multi storey development safely and to the highest quality standards.
Joining one of Ireland's most established Tier 1 Main Contractors, you'll become part of a business known for delivering technically demanding projects across the residential, commercial, healthcare, education and technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all site engineering activities, ensuring works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme.
- Manage setting out, quality control, inspections and engineering documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate subcontractors, site engineers and construction teams to maintain productivity and achieve key project milestones.
- Mentor and support junior engineers while working closely with the Project Manager on planning, sequencing and technical problem solving.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience working as a Site Engineer with an Irish Main Contractor/Developer.
- Strong background delivering reinforced concrete frame or multi storey developments.
- Proven leadership, communication and organisational skills.
The Package:
Salary will be DOE, but you can expect somewhere between the €75,000 - €85,000 mark, along with an excellent benefits package including:
