Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with site teams, foremen, subcontractors, and the design team to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
- Supervise subcontractors and direct labour to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Plan and coordinate work effectively to meet deadlines and project goals.
- Oversee and verify setting-out data for construction activities.
Requirements:
- A Level 8 Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience working with an Irish Main Contractor.
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Office, Project, and relevant engineering tools.
- A proactive problem solver with strong communication and leadership skills.
