Overview
Are you a Senior Engineer based in the East Cork area? Do you have experience working on large-scale industrial or commercial construction projects?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a €20m project involving a major extension to an existing industrial facility, incorporating a mix of building works and external site development elements within a live environment.
You’ll be joining a Tier 1 Main Contractor with a well established presence in Cork and a huge pipeline of upcoming projects in the Cork area.
This role will suit any ambitious Senior Engineer as the company has an excellent reputation for progressing Senior Engineers into Project Management and Contracts Management roles.

The Package
Salary is DOE, but you can expect between the range of €70,000 – €80,000, along with a company vehicle, fuel card, and matched pension.

- Taking lead responsibility for setting out and surveying works on the project.
- Managing and coordinating subcontractors and direct site crews on a daily basis
- Liaising closely with the design team and project management
- Supporting, mentoring, and guiding Site Engineers and Junior Engineers on site
Requirements
- A third-level qualification in Engineering or a related discipline
- 5 years’ experience in an Engineering role in Ireland
- Strong setting-out and surveying expertise
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and coordinate site teams effectively
