Overview:
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Engineer to join one of Ireland's most respected Tier 1 Main Contractors on a significant multi-phase education project in County Kildare.
This €multi-million building project involves a combination of new build construction, structural works, complex site coordination and associated civil engineering works, offering plenty of technical variety and responsibility throughout the project lifecycle.
You'll be joining an award-winning Irish contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality developments across the residential, commercial, healthcare and education sectors throughout Ireland and Britain.
Engineers are encouraged to take ownership of their work, contribute to key project decisions and develop the leadership skills needed to progress into Project Management and senior construction roles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day engineering delivery of the project, ensuring works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme requirements.
- Lead and mentor Site Engineers, overseeing setting out, dimensional control and engineering quality across the project.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, design team and subcontractors to resolve technical queries, identify buildability issues and maintain progress on site.
- Manage quality assurance procedures, including Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), site inspections, technical submissions and construction records.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Site Engineering role in Ireland.
- Strong background working with Irish Main Contractors on large scale building projects.
- Proven ability to manage engineering teams and coordinate subcontractors.
