Key Responsibilities:
- Take a leading role in the engineering and technical delivery of a major educational development, ensuring works are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Oversee setting out, surveying, quality control and technical coordination, ensuring all works comply with drawings, specifications and programme requirements.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to plan and coordinate site activities, monitor progress and identify potential programme or cost implications.
- Support the implementation of quality management procedures, including inspections, technical documentation, temporary works coordination and site records.
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of Site Engineering experience in Ireland, ideally with a recognised Main Contractor.
- Previous experience delivering large-scale building projects, would be advantageous.
- Strong technical knowledge of setting out and construction methodologies.
The Package:
Salary will be DOE, but you can expect somewhere in the region of €75,000 - €80,000, alongside an excellent benefits package including:
