The Role – Senior Planner
As Senior Planner, you will play a critical role in the planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring of the project from early stages through to completion.

The Role – Senior Planner
As Senior Planner, you will play a critical role in the planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring of the project from early stages through to completion.
You’ll work closely with site and senior management, providing clear, data-driven insight to support decision-making and programme certainty.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage contract and construction programmes
- Produce monthly progress reports, look-aheads, and recovery schedules
- Monitor progress trends, outputs, and resource allocation
- Support tender and live project planning requirements
- Collaborate with project teams on sequencing, logistics, and phasing
- Carry out short- and medium-term programme reviews
- Identify programme risk and propose mitigation strategies
- Challenge construction methodologies to drive efficiency and improvement
- Build strong working relationships with site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
About You
- Degree-qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
- 5 years’ experience in a Planning role with a main contractor
- Proven experience on data centre projects
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills
- Analytical, detail-focused, and solutions-driven
- Confident communicator able to challenge and influence senior teams
- Willing to work long-term in Frankfurt
