The Projects: You will lead major construction projects from initial planning through to handover. As Project Manager:
You’ll be accountable for overall project delivery, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and in line with client expectations.
You will:
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of project planning, execution, and close-out
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
- Control project scope, scheduling, and cost management
- Maintain strict health and safety compliance on site
- Provide regular reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation plans
- Ensure quality standards are consistently met or exceeded
What You’ll Need:
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering large-scale construction projects
- Previous experience in sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Data Centres, Civil Infrastructure, or Residential
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and best practices
- Tier 1 contractor experience preferred – in Ireland, the UK, or internationally
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
- Full clean driver’s licence
