Job title: Senior Quantity Surveyor – Data Centre
Location: Skellefteå, Sweden
Company: International Data Centre Contractor
Package: €110,000 to €120,000 DOE + European package
The Company
This international contractor delivers large-scale data centre projects across Europe, covering design, construction, MEP and CSA delivery through to commissioning.
They are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a major data centre project in Skellefteå, Sweden.
The Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor
You will take commercial responsibility for significant project packages, managing costs, procurement, subcontractor accounts, variations and final accounts.
Working closely with Project Managers, Package Managers and site teams, you will protect project margin, manage commercial risk and ensure accurate forecasting throughout delivery.
Must Have Requirements
Data centre, MEP, CSA, industrial or mission-critical project experience preferred.
European project experience beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
You are an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong contractual knowledge, commercial awareness and the ability to take ownership of major packages on a fast-moving construction project.

The Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Must Have Requirements
- 8+ years’ Quantity Surveying experience.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar.
- Strong commercial experience on large-scale construction projects.
- Proven experience managing subcontract accounts, variations and final accounts.
Data centre, MEP, CSA, industrial or mission-critical project experience preferred.
European project experience beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project budgets, forecasts and cost reporting.
- Lead subcontractor procurement and commercial negotiations.
- Manage valuations, variations, change orders and final accounts.
- Prepare applications for payment and commercial reports.
- Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
- Support Project Managers and Package Managers on commercial matters.
