What you’ll get in return The base salary for the position is expected to be approx. €80,000 - €90,000 (negotiable) depending on experience. A vehicle, fuel card, pension will be put in place for the successful candidate and the opportunity to work with one of the most exciting construction companies in Ireland.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Criteria:
- 6+ yrs Post-Graduate experience with a Main Contractor / PQS / Developer
- Qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar area
- Experience on large construction / civils projects with a Main Contractor
- Civils / groundworks experience
- An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
- To have strong analytical skills and ability to present findings
As Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Reporting to the Commercial Manager
- Advise on contractual matters – general and project level
- Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
- Look for opportunities to maximise revenue and reduce cost
- Undertaking monthly internal valuations and production of monthly cost reports
- Reporting on budgets and variations
- Negotiate and agree subcontractors
