They currently have a need for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a landmark project in South Dublin consisting of 450 apartments over 2 blocks up to 14 storeys high. This will also include a creche, retail unit, community facilities and basement carparking. A brilliant project to work on which will last 2 years with another phase to begin after this.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Criteria:
- 5+ yrs Post-Graduate experience with a Developer / Main Contractor.
- Qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar area
- Experience on large construction projects
- Commercial / Residential construction experience or similar
- An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
- To have strong analytical skills and ability to present findings
As Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Reporting to the Commercial Manager
- Advise on contractual matters – general and project level
- Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
- Look for opportunities to maximise revenue and reduce cost
- Undertaking monthly internal valuations and production of monthly cost reports
- Reporting on budgets and variations
- Negotiate and agree subcontractors
