Key Responsibilities
- Manage cost control across all project stages, from initial budgeting to final account.
- Prepare, monitor, and forecast project budgets.
- Oversee contract administration, including payments, valuations, and variations.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and progress tracking.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless delivery.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, upholding the highest standards of service.
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with an Irish or UK Main Contractor.
- Strong background in managing large-scale residential, commercial, or educational projects.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Familiarity with construction regulations and contract management.
- Salary: €85,000–€90,000 (DOE).
