What you’ll get in return The base salary for the position is negotiable but expected to be €90,000 - €100,000 + vehicle, fuel card, pension as well as huge group discounts on hotels, spa's and golf courses across Ireland. Senior Quantity Surveyor Criteria:
- 7+ yrs Post-Graduate experience with a Developer / Main Contractor.
- Qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar area
- Experience on large construction projects
- Commercial / Residential construction experience or similar
- An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
- To have strong analytical skills and ability to present findings
As Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Reporting to the Commercial Manager
- Advise on contractual matters – general and project level
- Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
- Look for opportunities to maximise revenue and reduce cost
- Undertaking monthly internal valuations and production of monthly cost reports
- Reporting on budgets and variations
- Negotiate and agree subcontractors
