Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management and coordination of subcontractors to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Lead quality assurance compliance, managing technical submittals, benchmarking processes, and inspection protocols.
- Coordinate site drawings and ensure accurate, up-to-date maintenance of site records and quality assurance documentation.
- Manage and support the engineering team through effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring of direct reports.
Requirements:
- Level 8 Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working on large-scale residential construction projects, with an Irish developer or main contractor.
- Demonstrate an ability to meet strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
