Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all on-site engineering activities on a major civils and utilities project, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Manage and mentor Site and Junior Engineers, providing technical guidance and ensuring quality and compliance with specifications.
- Liaise closely with the Project Manager, design team, subcontractors, and client representatives to maintain strong communication and efficient progress.
- Support the project handover process with thorough record keeping, QA documentation, and as-built information.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience working in a Site Engineer position in Ireland
- Proven background in setting out, managing site teams, and supervising subcontractors.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
