Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day site engineering activities on a large-scale transport infrastructure scheme.
- Lead and mentor Junior and Site Engineers, promoting strong technical and safety standards.
- Coordinate setting out, quality assurance, and project documentation in line with design and specification requirements.
- Contribute to a collaborative and proactive team culture focused on problem-solving and delivery excellence.
Requirements
- Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a civil engineering role within Ireland.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage workloads, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining quality and compliance across all site activities.
