Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day site engineering operations on a large-scale transport infrastructure project, ensuring safe and efficient delivery.
- Supervise and mentor Junior and Site Engineers, maintaining high technical and quality standards.
- Oversee setting out, QA documentation, as-built records, and compliance with all project specifications.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive, solutions-driven site culture.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 5+ years’ experience in an engineering role in Ireland.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative project team.
