An Irish Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to join its team on a substantial new build residential development in South Dublin, you'll be joining a highly regarded company with decades of experience delivering quality construction projects.
The project involves the construction of a modern residential scheme comprising a mix of houses and apartments, alongside extensive civil engineering works, drainage, utilities, internal roadways and associated external infrastructure.
The company has built a strong reputation through its commitment to quality workmanship, collaborative project delivery and maintaining long standing relationships with clients, subcontractors and its own employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day engineering activities, ensuring all works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Oversee setting out, site inspections and quality assurance procedures across residential construction and associated civil engineering works.
- Monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with the construction programme.
- Maintain accurate engineering records, QA documentation and site reports, ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety and environmental standards.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of site engineering experience in Ireland.
- Strong technical knowledge of setting out and site coordination.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills.
