The Package: €50,000 - €55,000 + Vehicle + Bonus.

Are you a Setting Out Engineer with 1-3 years of experience? Do you want to work on a landmark high-rise apartment project?
A leading Tier 1 Main Contractor has a fantastic opportunity to join a €100m apartment development in Central Dublin consisting of 460 apartments across 5 blocks, with the tallest reaching 16 storeys. The project itself involves RC frame structures, extensive groundworks, and brickwork, offering exposure to major construction project and career progression opportunities to Senior levels. This award-winning main contractor is growing rapidly and is known for having a collaborative work environment, where employees feel valued and supported.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Setting out and levelling for RC frames, brickwork, and groundworks using Total Station and GPS equipment.
- Coordinating with subcontractors and site teams to ensure alignment with project specifications.
- Conducting quality control checks to maintain compliance with project standards and regulations.
- Assisting in keeping detailed records of site progress, surveys, and as-built drawings.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Setting Out Engineer or Site Engineer in RC frame and large-scale construction projects in Ireland.
- Proficiency in Total Station, GPS, and AutoCAD for setting out.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and technical drawings.
- A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
