Overview:
We are working with one of Ireland’s leading Tier 1 Main Contractors on an exciting €40m healthcare project. The project itself includes a new build RC structure with three floors, two buildings and includes a significant enabling and groundworks package. The project is only recently underway and is set to last for another 2 years, promising long-term work on a high-profile project. Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience working on large-scale construction projects, particularly on RC frame structures
- Previous experience with an Irish Main Contractor/Developer
- Proficient in setting out with Total Station + GPS.
- Setting out/surveying with Total Station, GPS and Laser Levels.
- Provide technical input and guidance to subcontractors regarding drawings and specifications.
- Contribute to risk assessments and method statements for site activities.
- Liaise daily with the Site Manager, Project Manager, subcontractors, and design team to relay setting out information and resolve any discrepancies.
