Are you an experienced SHES professional who has worked across LV/MV/HV electrical infrastructure?

If you’ve led safety initiatives on substations, renewables (solar or wind), or electrical services and are ready to step into a senior leadership role on major power projects, this could be an excellent fit.

The role is based in Dublin/Leinster with nationwide travel and would suit someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is confident managing multiple live sites.

You'll take full responsibility for health, safety, environment, and sustainability across complex power infrastructure projects. This includes overseeing a team of SHES Advisors and ensuring that high standards are upheld on every site.

From implementing HSES strategies and conducting audits to liaising with stakeholders and maintaining ISO compliance, this role demands a proactive leader with a strong grasp of regulations, practical site knowledge, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in high-risk environments.

For those eager to learn more about this exciting opportunity, please do not hesitate to reach out to Stephen at stephen@breaghrecruitment.com / 015314345
