Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations on site for both the structural and civil engineering side of the project.
- Ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and on-site personnel.
- Manage and resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports and site inspections.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant qualifications and certifications in construction management or a related field.
