Overview:
One of Ireland’s leading civil engineering Tier 1 Main Contractors are seeking an experienced Site Agent to manage the delivery of public realm and street works projects in the Cork area which involves kerbing, ducting, footpaths, paving. This company is known for their excellence in engineering and delivering high-quality projects across Ireland, they also place a huge emphasis on progression allowing you to progress your career while working with one of the most reputable contractors in the country. The role involves managing the delivery of these projects and overseeing site teams while reporting directly to Senior Management.

The salary will be DOE, but you can expect around the €80,000 mark + Vehicle + Fuel + Pension.

- Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and resources, reporting to senior management.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in preferably civil engineering with an Irish Main Contractor.
- Experience managing site teams, subcontractors, and liaising with local authorities.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
