Overview:
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Agent to join one of Ireland's most established Civil Engineering Contractors, delivering a long term transport infrastructure framework across Dublin.
Working from the West Dublin office and across live sites throughout Dublin, you'll lead the successful delivery of a wide variety of civil engineering projects, including transport infrastructure, public realm, roadworks, maintenance and emergency response works.
This contractor has built an outstanding reputation over four decades by delivering some of Ireland's most complex civil engineering projects, with expertise spanning roads, bridges, rail, active travel, water infrastructure and major urban developments.
This is the ideal opportunity for a Site Agent who enjoys leading site teams, managing multiple external stakeholders and delivering technically challenging design and build civil engineering projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of multiple civil engineering projects across a long term transport infrastructure framework.
- Manage Site Engineers, Foremen, subcontractors and direct labour to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.
- Take full responsibility for programme, quality, commercial performance and client satisfaction on assigned projects.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in accordance with contract specifications.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 10+ years' experience delivering civil engineering projects in Ireland.
- Previous experience working as a Site Agent or in a similar senior site management role.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate Site Engineers, Foremen and site teams.
The Package:
Salary will be in the region of €85,000 – €95,000 (DOE), along with:
