Are you a Site Agent based in the Wicklow area? Do you have strong experience delivering complex civil or water infrastructure projects?
This is your opportunity to take charge of a high-value water project that will play a key role in improving vital infrastructure in the region. You’ll lead a skilled team delivering civil and structural works, overseeing all aspects of the project from initial planning to successful handover.
You’ll be joining a highly regarded civil engineering contractor with a long history of delivering major utilities, infrastructure, and energy projects across Ireland. Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of the project.
- Lead and coordinate site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure work is delivered safely, on schedule, and to technical specifications.
- Oversee all civil and structural aspects, including pipelines, chambers, access roads, and associated infrastructure works.
- Work closely with the Project Manager, design teams, and client representatives to plan construction phases, resolve challenges, and maintain smooth project delivery.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7+ years’ experience delivering civil or water infrastructure projects in Ireland.
- Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams on complex projects.
- Excellent understanding of HSEQ management, technical standards, and quality control.
