Join an experienced construction team delivering one of Cork City’s most ambitious large-scale developments. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a transformative development featuring a high-rise apartment tower which reaches over 20 storeys in height, luxury amenities, and a significant surrounding infrastructure package. Responsibilities:
- Interpret and implement construction drawings and specifications on site
- Carry out precise setting-out tasks using Total Station and GPS equipment
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure adherence to project standards
- Support and coordinate site teams and subcontractors to maintain workflow
Requirements:
- A third-level qualification in Engineering or a related field
- 1 – 3 years of experience working in a similar role in Ireland
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and setting out using Total Station
- Full Clean Irish Driver’s Licence
