Join an established and growing residential developer delivering a new 40 unit residential development in Co. Kildare.
The project will involve the construction of high quality duplex units and offers the opportunity to take a hands on engineering role throughout the development, from groundworks and infrastructure through to housing construction and completion.
With a significant pipeline of residential developments across Leinster and over 1,600 homes currently in construction, there is excellent long term security and the opportunity to progress across future projects.
The company manages the full development process from land acquisition and design through construction and handover, giving its site teams strong exposure to every stage of residential delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out accurate setting out for housing, roads, drainage and associated site infrastructure using Total Station and GPS equipment.
- Interpret construction drawings, specifications and technical information, identifying and resolving engineering issues on site.
- Carry out quality checks and ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and required standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, site management and the wider project team to maintain programme targets.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience working as a Site Engineer in Ireland.
- Strong setting out experience using Total Station and GPS equipment.
- Experience in conducting QA checks and liaising with local authorities.
