A highly regarded Main Contractor is looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join their team on a €multi-million apartment development in Co. Limerick. The project involves the construction of a modern multi-storey apartment block with over 30 units. Key Responsibilities:
- Setting out, surveying, and preparing as-built drawings.
- Reviewing and interpreting technical drawings to plan and deliver works on site.
- Coordinating daily activities with subcontractors, site management, and foremen.
- Monitoring quality, safety, and programme delivery in line with company procedures.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a Site Engineer in Ireland.
- Strong setting out and surveying skills using modern instruments.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and related software.
