A highly reputable civil engineering contractor are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join their team on the development works for large-scale €multi-million residential and commercial projects in West Dublin/Kildare area. The projects are significant in scale and value, offering excellent career progression and the opportunity to work alongside some of Ireland’s leading developers. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately set out works as per project drawings and specifications, including foundations, utilities, and structural components.
- Oversee and ensure all works meet the required standards and specifications, as well as conducting regular inspections and resolve any quality issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the site management team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior engineers and site staff as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Site Engineer with an Irish Main Contractor or Developer.
- Proficient in setting out using Total Station, GPS, and other surveying equipment.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with regulations and processes in Ireland, including planning, building control, and environmental considerations.
