Overview:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Engineer to join a fast growing residential developer delivering a major multi-phase housing scheme in Co. Limerick.

With a strong pipeline of upcoming residential and commercial projects, this is a role where you can get in at the right time, gain hands on exposure to all stages of construction, and progress quickly as the team expands.

You’ll be based on a high-profile development with long-term work secured, working alongside an experienced site team who will support your technical development and help you build the skills needed to step into greater responsibility over time. If you’re ambitious, enjoy being on site, and want a clear path toward the Senior Engineer/Management level, this role offers the right environment to grow.

Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Setting out using Leica GPS/Total Station for foundations, blockwork, timber frame installation, drainage, services, roads, paths, paving and watermain connections.
  • Maintaining accurate site documentation and ensuring works are delivered to latest drawings/specifications.
  • Liaising with the Architect, Consulting Engineers, statutory bodies and warranty providers to ensure compliance.
  • Supporting day-to-day site operations, including subcontractor coordination and progress reporting.

Requirements:
 
  • Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a Site Engineering role in Ireland.
  • Confident in setting-out and surveying with modern instruments.
  • Organised, dependable, and comfortable communicating with multiple stakeholders on site.
