Excellent opportunity for a Site Engineer to join one of Ireland’s leading Tier 1 Main Contractors, a long established, family owned construction company with a century long reputation for delivering complex, high quality projects across Ireland and Britain.
Known for its strong engineering culture, collaborative site teams and commitment to quality, this is a contractor where Site Engineers are given real responsibility from an early stage, with the support and autonomy to develop their technical and site management skills.
You’ll be working on a technically challenging heritage restoration and conservation project in Dublin City Centre, involving the refurbishment and structural remediation of historic buildings alongside civil works, drainage, services and all other associated external works.
This is a particularly interesting project from an engineering perspective, combining modern construction techniques with the careful restoration and retention of sensitive existing structures.
You’ll gain exposure to structural repairs, existing buildings, drainage & utilities, specialist subcontractors and detailed quality control, making it an excellent opportunity to add a unique project to your CV.

Responsibilities:
- Carry out setting out, site surveys and preparation of as-built drawings.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and technical information.
- Coordinate subcontractors and the general site workforce.
- Liaise with the Project Manager, Design Team and other project stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience as a Site Engineer in Ireland.
- Strong setting out experience using Total Station and GPS equipment.
- Full Irish Driving Licence.
