Overview:
One of Galway’s most reputable main contractors with a huge pipeline of work in the West are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join their team on a €multi-million apartment project in Galway. The project itself involves the construction of two multi-storey apartment blocks as well as other facilities such as a car park and associated site works and services. As well as long-term work in the area, this project is in its early stages allowing you to see out a project from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring works are completed on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
- Carry out setting out for all aspects of the project using Total Station and GPS.
- Oversee site works, including services and drainage installations, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
- Prepare and review construction documentation, including as-built drawings, reports, and method statements.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Site Engineer with an Irish Main Contractor.
- Proficiency in setting out and using Total Station or GPS equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- A degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
