This is some opportunity for a Site Engineer to join one of Ireland's longest established and most respected Main Contractors on a landmark redevelopment project in Co. Laois.
You'll play a key role in the transformation of an existing facility into a modern, multi-storey headquarters, involving the refurbishment of protected structures alongside the construction of a new extension within a historic setting.
The project combines complex restoration works, demolition, new build construction and high spec finishes, offering excellent technical experience for an ambitious engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
- Keep accurate records of site activities, including drawings, reports and project documentation.
- Work closely with design teams, consultants, subcontractors and client representatives throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review construction drawings and technical information, ensuring site teams clearly understand project requirements.
- Assist in managing subcontractors + site personnel, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently and to the required standard.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience as a Site Engineer with an Irish Main Contractor.
- Excellent decision making, organisational and problem solving skills.
- Experience working on refurbishment, extension or public sector projects is advantageous.
