Overview:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Site Engineer to join one of Ireland’s most progressive and innovative residential developers on a major long-term housing development in North County Dublin.
This large scale project will deliver a substantial mix of houses, duplexes and apartment buildings alongside extensive infrastructure, public realm areas, landscaped open spaces, cycle networks, utility installations and community focused amenities.
The development incorporates various construction methods including traditional housing, reinforced concrete apartment construction and associated civil engineering works, providing excellent exposure across multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Setting out and surveying works in accordance with project drawings and specifications
- Supporting the Site Manager and Project Manager with daily site operations
- Monitoring quality control and ensuring works are completed to the highest standards
- Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring programme targets are achieved
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
- 2+ years of experience as a Site Engineer in Ireland
- Strong setting out experience using Total Station and GPS equipment
- Experience working on residential or apartment projects is desirable
