An established and well respected Building Main Contractor is looking for a Site Engineer to join their team on a 80 unit residential development in Co. Galway.

This is a hands on site based role where you will be heavily involved in the day-to-day delivery of the project, working closely with the Site Manager and Senior Engineer to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of engineering works on site, ensuring works are completed in line with programme, drawings and specifications.
- Carry out setting out, levelling and surveying duties across all stages of the residential build, ensuring maximum accuracy.
- Support the Site Manager and Senior Engineer with planning, sequencing and daily site operations.
- Liaise with subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring quality standards and health & safety requirements are met.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a site-based engineering role in Ireland.
- Proficient in setting out using Total Station and GPS equipment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a site team.
