This is an opportunity for a Site Engineer to join a well established Irish developer delivering major commercial builds across Dublin. Unlike a traditional setting out focused role, this position is strongly managerial and coordination led. You’ll be at the heart of site delivery driving programme, quality, and subcontractor performance working closely with the Project Manager, design teams, and senior site leadership to ensure smooth, safe, high-standard execution from groundworks through to handover. With a strong pipeline of commercial work (office, retail, and logistics projects), this role offers genuine long-term career progression within a forward thinking company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site engineering operations, ensuring works are delivered to programme and specification.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour to maintain productivity and quality targets.
- Oversee technical compliance and QA/QC processes, including inspection test plans, snagging, and handover documentation.
- Work with the design team to review drawings, resolve technical queries, and drive RFIs/submittals to closure.
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- 3 years’ experience as a Site Engineer in Ireland.
- Strong knowledge of BCAR, QA/QC systems, and site documentation.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple work fronts.
