The project comprises houses, apartments, duplexes, access roads, and a creche. Key Responsibilities:
- Setting out for foundations, floor slabs, services, and structural elements using Total Station and GPS.
- Coordinating and reviewing site drawings to ensure work is carried out to the correct specifications.
- Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures for subcontractor works.
- Liaising with the Senior Site Engineer and project management team to ensure progress, quality, and safety targets are met.
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with an Irish main contractor or developer.
- Strong residential project background.
- Proficient in setting out and surveying with modern instruments.
