A well-established Main Contractor is seeking a Site Engineer to join their team on a large-scale €multi-million apartment project in Co. Kilkenny. The development involves the construction of a two-storey building consisting of apartments along with all associated site works, including modifications to an existing car park. This company has a huge pipeline of work in the Southeast offering long term and stable work in the area. Key Responsibilities:
- Setting out, levelling, and surveying the site using Total Station and GPS.
- Ensuring all works comply with design specifications, quality standards, and planning regulations.
- Assisting in the coordination of subcontractors, site teams, and material deliveries.
- Reporting progress and liaising with the Site Manager, Project Manager, and design team.
Requirements:
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience with an Irish Main Contractor
- Proficiency in setting out using Total Station and GPS.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and specifications.
