The Project: €multi-million civil engineering projects (Water, Rail, Marine, Roads & Bridges)
The Package: €50,000 – €60,000 Vehicle Fuel Matched Pension

Overview:
This is an opportunity for a Site Engineer to join a well established Irish Civil Engineering Contractor delivering a strong pipeline of €multi-million civil engineering projects across the Southeast of Ireland. These projects include water infrastructure, rail, marine works, roads and bridges.
Unlike a traditional setting out heavy role, this position is more technically and managerially focused, operating very much like an Assistant Project Manager on site to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
With multiple long term frameworks and secured projects in the region, this role also offers excellent career progression and stability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager in the day-to-day delivery of civil engineering works, ensuring programme, quality, and safety targets are met.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site crews across multiple work fronts.
- Manage technical documentation including drawings, RFIs, method statements, ITPs, and as-built records.
- Liaise with design teams, clients, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and drive works to completion.
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 2 years’ experience as a Site Engineer working in Ireland.
- Experience on civil engineering projects is preferable.
- Strong understanding of QA/QC systems, specifications, and site documentation.
